- Use a flexible measuring tape or a string.
- Wrap it around your wrist just below the wrist bone.
- Make sure it's snug but not too tight.
- Note the measurement where the tape/string meets.
- Add about 0.5 to 1 inch (1.3 to 2.5 cm) to that measurement for a comfortable fit.
- You may also measure a bracelet at home.
- Follow the same steps as for women's bracelet measurement.
- Men's wrists tend to be larger, so add 1 to 1.5 inches (2.5 to 3.8 cm) to the measurement for a comfortable fit.
- Use a measuring tape or string.
- Wrap it around the child's wrist where they'd normally wear a bracelet.
- Add about 0.25 to 0.5 inches (0.6 to 1.3 cm) to the measurement for a children's bracelet for comfortable wear.
